True for ALL areas of life, not just exercise. <br /><br />I'm still learning this one myself.<br /><br />Lately there have been many little things that have grabbed my time and attention, so much so that I've begun to ignore the things I need to take care of for my own health, comfort, and wellbeing. Everything suffered as a result.
